We serve as a collaborative thought partner, offering tailored support for project ideation, development, and resource connections; presenting our mission, programs, and goals through customizable presentations; and providing comprehensive grant application assistance, from conceptualization to proposal review. These offerings can be from 30 min to an hour, via zoom or in-person.

Individual Conferences
Please see us as your thought partner in ideating your work. We are happy to brainstorm with you and/or regarding artists, the scope and/or stages of your project, its development, and possible collaborators, or interested parties and/or resources. We can discuss your needs or interests at any stage of development and support you and your work along the way. We can listen as you imagine and plan. We can offer Best Practices and/or networking suggestions and suggest funding opportunities on and off campus.
These can be 30 min zoom conversations or up to an hour in-person dialogues at our offices. For an appointment, contact us.
Presentations
If you and/or your unit is interested in the work we do, please invite us to offer a presentation of our services and programs so that you can determine if engagement with us makes sense for your ideas. Our presentations can be anywhere from 30min to an hour, with a brief overview of our work – our mission, goals and a few supported projects, and time reserved for Q&A. You can help us prepare for our presentation to your unit by telling us your disciplinary area and your specific interests so that we can tailor our discussion accordingly.

Grant Application Support
We offer Small Grants and Co-Sponsorship support. We are happy to engage with you at any stage of your process. We can confer with you about ideas you have for collaboration or a project you have been long waiting to make manifest. We can meet with you to discuss the application itself, eligibility, expectations, etc. We can review drafts of your proposal to suggestions for revision that make it more competitive for our office and for external resources should you desire to do a multi-pronged approach. We are here to work with you in ways that support your process and your plans.
(If you are seeking draft review or consultation please send us your draft at least 5 days in advance of any meeting to offer our team ample time to adequately prepare for our meeting and engage with your materials)
